Dat's a Spicy Meata Ball & BBQ Sauce
Meat Balls
- 1 Lb Ground Beef or Turkey
- 1 Egg
- ½ Cup Bread Crumbs
- ¼ Cup Minced Onion
- 3 Tbs San Augustin Datil Pepper Table Sauce
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- ¼ Tsp Salt
- ¼ Tsp Pepper
In large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients. Roll into 1 ½” bite size balls. Put on an oil sprayed sheet pan and cook in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
BBQ Sauce
- ¼ Cup San Augustin Datil Pepper Table Sauce
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 2 Tbs Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbs Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbs Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tbs Molasses
- ¼ Tsp Garlic Salt
- ¼ Tsp Pepper
In medium sauce pan combine all the ingredients. Bring to a slow boil and reduce to a simmer. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes
Toss meatballs in BBQ Sauce and serve hot.
