Dat's a Spicy Meata Ball & BBQ Sauce

 

Meat Balls

 

 

  • 1 Lb Ground Beef or Turkey
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Cup Bread Crumbs
  • ¼ Cup Minced Onion
  • 3 Tbs San Augustin Datil Pepper Table Sauce
  • 1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Pepper

 

In large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients. Roll into 1 ½” bite size balls. Put on an oil sprayed sheet pan and cook in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes 

 

BBQ Sauce

 

 

  • ¼ Cup San Augustin Datil Pepper Table Sauce
  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • 2 Tbs Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbs Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbs Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Tbs Molasses
  • ¼ Tsp Garlic Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Pepper

 

In medium sauce pan combine all the ingredients. Bring to a slow boil and reduce to a simmer. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes

 

Toss meatballs in BBQ Sauce and serve hot.
